Real Estate Connection Joins Frederick County Associations for REALTORS (FCAR)

• Sentrilock Lockbox and Key Services – Sentrilock boxes are an essential tool for REALTORS®. At FCAR, we understand this and carry a selection of boxes, cards, readers, and batteries. Our knowledgeable staff can help you purchase a new box, troubleshoot a problem and make changes if you switch offices.

• Legislative Advocacy and RPAC – FCAR advocates for our members on real estate-related legislation at all levels of government. We ensure that your voice is heard and that your clients are protected when legislative proposals arise. • Bright MLS – FCAR members have access to the Bright MLS system, a dynamic and innovative system which gives agents more control over listing content and the best tools for using that data in the business. Click HERE for more information.

• Informed Professionals – These informal non-CE classes are offered at no charge to all members on a variety of topics. All members are encouraged to attend.

• Continuing Education classes – FCAR offers the continuing education classes agents need for Maryland real estate license renewal. The classes are taught by industry professionals and are offered for a low cost to members. Click HERE to view the current class schedule.

• Membership Meeting – The Membership Committee schedules periodic membership meetings with informative guest speakers. These meetings are also opportunities for REALTORS® and Affiliates to network and for all members to learn more about FCAR committees, programs and services.

• FCAR Awards – Each year, FCAR recognizes four outstanding members who go above and beyond in their professional lives. We offer the following awards each year to members of FCAR:
